Merchant Payment Services Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Cultivate business and sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking sector.

• Build a pipeline of opportunities through self-initiated prospecting.

• Collaborate with Business Banking Specialists and Branch team members.

• Concentrate sales efforts in the small business landscape.

• Promote merchant payment services as an individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Three to five years of pertinent sales experience.

• Willingness to travel.

• Comprehensive understanding of product marketing, client service matters, and organizational operations.

• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.

• Ability to creatively address client concerns and challenges.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Candidates must live within a reasonable distance to Boise to qualify.

• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank's policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as related workplace conduct and safety guidelines.
