Merchant Payment Services Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Drive business growth and sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking sectors.

• Build a pipeline of prospects through self-initiated sourcing.

• Collaborate with Business Banking Specialists and Branch team members.

• Direct sales efforts towards the small business sector.

• Travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Three to five years of pertinent sales experience.

• Willingness to travel.

• Comprehensive understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and operational processes.

• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.

• Capacity to creatively address client concerns and issues.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks/projects and meeting deadlines concurrently.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Candidates must live within a reasonable distance from Boise to qualify.

• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as relevant workplace conduct and safety protocols.
