Merchant Payment Services Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Drive business growth and increase sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking sector for firms generating less than $2.5M in revenue.

• Build a pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting efforts.

• Collaborate with Business Banking Specialists and Branch team members.

• Concentrate sales activities in the small business arena.

• Operate as an individual contributor in a sales-focused role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Three to five years of pertinent sales experience.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• In-depth understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations.

• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.

• Ability to creatively address and resolve client concerns and issues.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Candidates must live within a reasonable distance of Boise to qualify.

• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies.
