This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
• Formulate and implement data-driven go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Propel global growth across the product portfolio targeting business customers.
• Assess revenue performance across both 1P and 3P accounts.
• Execute merchandising initiatives to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
• Ensure the successful launch of new products throughout their introduction phase.
• Identify portfolio gaps aligned with the brand that have revenue potential for new product innovations.
• Collaborate with the Amazon Advertising Manager to create effective targeting strategies.
• Enhance traffic and conversion rates at the ASIN level.
• Work alongside Category Management, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Content Delivery teams.
• Keep abreast of industry practices and emerging tools to boost ASIN performance.
• Focus on high-impact initiatives and carry out tasks that yield the most significant financial returns.
• Manage vendor account relationships and collaborate with internal Amazon teams to address issues and deliver value through SVS service.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon merchandising with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
• Proactive approach with a proven ability to identify opportunities and take initiative to foster growth.
• Competence in data-driven decision-making and the ability to extract actionable insights from data for effective merchandising.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work efficiently across diverse teams, influencing collaborative efforts.
• Experience with Helium 10, Smartscout, or similar analytical tools.
• Proficiency in keyword research and market analysis.
• Expertise in conversion and LLM optimization on the product display page.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and generating actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools, such as Claude, is preferred.
• Experience in selling within the PC or Electronics category is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Understanding of Amazon's business model and strategies for targeting business customers on the platform.
• Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) is a plus.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
• Background in campaign optimization and ASIN-level merchandising.
