Merchandising Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the buying team

• Ensure the accuracy of product data

• Organize merchandising initiatives on Amazon and Walmart

• Input and maintain product details, pricing, and inventory levels in the internal VRP database

• Facilitate the launch of new products, promotions, and campaigns on Amazon and Walmart

• Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies

• Collaborate with buying, marketing, and content teams

• Enhance product titles, descriptions, and imagery

• Create and analyze KPI reports for product data on Amazon and Walmart

• Spot opportunities for improvement

• Streamline data entry and merchandising workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data entry, ideally in an Amazon or Walmart e-commerce setting

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision, with the capability to manage extensive data sets

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or comparable e-commerce platforms

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective work in a remote team setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables

• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote working environment

• Knowledge of merchandising principles and customer-focused product presentation

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or as a merchandising coordinator within retail or supply chain environments

• Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm EST

• Always accessible for video calls
