MEP Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and assess electrical distribution designs, encompassing MV/LV distribution, UPS, diesel generators, and BESS.

• Engineer cooling and ventilation systems, including chillers, dry coolers, water towers, and liquid cooling when necessary.

• Oversee modular architecture and its integration with MEP infrastructure.

• Develop gas fire suppression, ventilation, and OT-IT integration systems, incorporating BMS/DCIM.

• Review design documentation from suppliers and partners, identifying risks and inconsistencies.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory design standards.

• Compile and update the Basis of Design document along with technical specifications.

• Engage in tender processes and assess vendor proposals for generators, UPS, chillers, and switchgear.

• Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to synchronize cooling and power requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of MEP design experience in critical infrastructure or heavy industry settings (such as data centers, industrial facilities, energy, telecom infrastructure, etc.).

• Experience in the design of cooling and ventilation systems (traditional HVAC experience is adequate).

• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit and engineering calculation software.

• Proficient in English, suitable for handling international project documentation.
