Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time, W2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and above.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a client caseload of 7 to 20 sessions weekly.

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.

• Allocate approximately 85% of total work hours to direct client care.

• Participate in manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly for the initial 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes monthly.

• Employ data to facilitate effective treatment and modify care based on client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make referrals when necessary.

• Ensure all documentation in the EMR is completed, signed, and locked within 48 hours of client interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in New Hampshire as a LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

• Willingness and motivation to obtain licensure in additional states, with all costs covered by Two Chairs.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+).

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy.

• Proficient in conducting clinical assessments like the PHQ-9.

• Comfortable using EHR systems.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST.

• Commitment to being available for 8 to 24 hours weekly.
