Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time, W2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18 years and older)

• Employ therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a caseload of 7–20 therapy sessions per week

• Allocate roughly 85% of overall time to direct client care, which encompasses therapy sessions and assessments for new clients

• Participate in manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly during the initial 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes monthly

• Utilize data to inform treatment decisions and modify approaches according to client progress

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make referrals when necessary

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client contact

• Engage in recruiter and clinical interviews throughout the hiring process

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in Colorado as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Willing and eager to obtain licensure in additional states; Two Chairs covers the complete cost

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18 years and older)

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy

• Proficient in clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. MST

• Commitment to 8–24 total hours of availability per week
