Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time, Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver short-term, evidence-based mental health treatment through live video sessions.

• Manage a varied caseload that caters to diverse clinical needs.

• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to facilitate learning and track outcomes between sessions.

• Provide culturally sensitive care tailored to the unique backgrounds, needs, and abilities of clients.

• Participate in individual and peer group clinical consultation meetings.

• Conduct peer-based quality assurance evaluations.

• Engage in training to improve clinical skills.

• Seek expert consultation and support for clients with complex needs.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver evidence-based care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold an unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or an equivalent license that permits independent practice without supervision.

• Have no current, past, or pending disciplinary actions on record.

• Possess a Master’s degree in a clinical field, such as MSW, MFT, MC, or MMHC.

• Demonstrate experience and dedication to evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.

• Understand clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skill promotion.

• Have experience in managing risks and responding to clinical emergencies.

• Preferably possess experience in providing telehealth therapy services, though it is not mandatory.

• Be proficient with computer and live video tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, or Skype.

• Maintain a full clinical caseload with adult and/or adolescent clients, ensuring up to 30 bookable calendar spots.

• Availability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
