Mental Health Intake Agent, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for members reaching out to Dialogue via phone.

• Ensure a smooth intake process and prompt access to care with the right practitioner.

• Assist new members in setting up their accounts and starting their care journey.

• Comprehend members’ needs and guide them to Dialogue’s diverse services.

• Arrange appointments and facilitate appointment coordination throughout the care process.

• Aid in case management activities through phone and chat applications.

• Work closely with the EAP practitioner team.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of telephone services by offering feedback regarding member experiences and procedures.

• Uphold patient safety during interactions with members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer or member service, whether in-person or via phone, in a live setting.

• Must be available to work between 21 to 32 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

• Availability for daytime and evening shifts from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, on both weekdays and weekends.

• A bachelor's degree in a mental health or human relations-related field is advantageous.

• A strong commitment to member service and collaboration with others.

• A genuine interest in mental health and overall well-being.

• Exceptional empathy and the capability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working entirely in a digital environment.
