Member Success Representative, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service to panelists involved in market research surveys.

• Create a positive customer support environment and foster strong relationships with members.

• Address issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation of requests.

• Communicate updates promptly and maintain a professional demeanor across various support channels.

• Follow up with support staff engaged in resolution to guarantee satisfactory ticket closure.

• Meet or surpass the required team KPI objectives.

• Assist team leads and managers with administrative tasks as necessary.

• Manage escalations and communicate urgent matters promptly.

• Help ensure the fulfillment of service obligations.

• Promote a collaborative work atmosphere through teamwork, mutual respect, and cross-functional cooperation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Part-time permanent role requiring 20 hours per week.

• Must possess fluent German language skills at an expert or native level.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English at an advanced proficiency.

• Must read, write, and speak/understand German fluently (Expert or native proficiency level).

• Exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal forms.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position directly interacting with consumers or equivalent experience.

• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

• Familiarity with online support through ticketing and emailing systems.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities and time management skills; capable of multitasking.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Proactive, motivated, and adaptable team player.

• Proficient in computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with collaborative documents and a willingness to learn new software.
