This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.
• Generate business by making outbound calls using call lists to meet sales targets.
• Engage directly with members and prospective members through phone and email, conducting meaningful conversations and offering suitable solutions.
• Educate members about product offerings and services to enhance their financial well-being.
• Clarify pricing and respond to inquiries from members and potential members while fostering value in the member relationship.
• Monitor daily phone call metrics and sales performance.
• Follow up with members and prospective members via phone or email after initial contact.
• Address member requests, including calculating terms on loans and CDs.
• Complete ongoing product education and compliance training to better assist member inquiries.
• Keep accurate daily records of member interactions in CRM.
• Engage in and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the Credit Union in a professional and positive manner.
• Safeguard member and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance products, first mortgages, and Autoland.
• Support the Credit Union's depository and lending products, as well as overall service and sales objectives.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with Nuvision and/or prior loan experience, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proven capability to generate business through outbound calling efforts.
• Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, compliance practices, and Credit Union procedures.
• Comprehensive understanding of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services.
• Basic knowledge of relevant lending regulations.
• Exceptional communication and phone skills, including professional verbal abilities and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with members, staff, and management.
• Ability to listen, identify needs, and provide solutions to members' requests.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and follow through on member requests.
• NMLS Registered.
• Successful completion of all compliance-related training courses.
