Member Care Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries regarding the Wellth Rewards program and provide assistance with technical or app-related queries.

• Support healthcare access initiatives, including locating medical providers, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-up care.

• Aid members in utilizing tools and services offered through their health plan, such as blood pressure cuffs, prescription delivery, and transportation services.

• Advocate for members by helping them comprehend and access their available benefits and resources.

• Re-engage members who are having difficulty with app check-ins or maintaining adherence.

• Communicate with members through phone, text, and email channels.

• Escalate complex or unique issues to the appropriate channels.

• Assess and provide feedback on strategies to enhance member support and increase overall impact.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Aptitude for problem-solving and navigating various tools.

• Highly skilled in using technology and quickly adapting to new systems.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Previous experience in customer service or healthcare navigation.

• Familiarity with health insurance or care coordination through prior work experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Availability to cover designated shifts between 8:00 AM PST and 4:00 PM EST.

• Experience working with diverse or underserved communities is preferred.
