MedTech Field Service Technician, Mechanical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling of field service personnel, managing their tasks, tools, and daily fieldwork requirements.

• Arrange and set up equipment and workstations efficiently.

• Perform regular inspections and document product test data post-installation and configuration.

• Maintain ongoing communication and provide customer support to hospital staff on-site.

• Deliver on-the-job training for newly hired employees.

• Coordinate with technicians and assist in the completion of assignments.

• Engage with customers and facilitate support for on-site teams.

• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in project coordination, including scheduling technicians and client interactions.

• An active and unrestricted driver's license is required.

• A personal vehicle is necessary for local work-related tasks.

• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Must be able to meet hospital vendor credentialing standards, including verification of vaccination status.

• Current immunizations may be necessary.

• Healthcare facility credentials may necessitate MMR, Varicella, negative TB test, Tdap, Hepatitis B, seasonal Influenza, and COVID-19 primary series vaccinations.

• Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship is essential.

• Proficiency with Microsoft and other industry-related data entry systems and platforms is required.
