This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Evaluate and annotate health content generated by AI.
• Assess responses to medical inquiries for accuracy and safety.
• Label AI outputs according to established quality standards.
• Develop intricate, realistic tasks that involve dispersed patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning.
• Construct detailed task versions with objective scoring criteria.
• Create ambiguous task versions aimed at training AI agents to function with minimal guidance.
• Complete and submit project assignments adhering to deadlines and acceptance standards.
• Must be a practicing physician or another licensed clinical professional based in the US.
• Possess a degree in Medicine or a related discipline such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, including clinical training in the diagnosis and management of medical conditions.
• Hold a current and valid US license to practice; physicians should have a medical license, while adjacent roles like RN or licensed psychologist must have relevant state licenses.
• Engage in active clinical practice.
• Have over 3 years of practical clinical experience.
• Exhibit strong written English skills (C1+ level).
• Specialists and senior practitioners are encouraged to apply.
• CV must be submitted in English, along with an indication of English proficiency level.
• Opportunity for part-time, project-based freelance work.
• Compensation provided per accepted task.
• Competitive rate, potentially up to the equivalent of $55/hr, based on qualification tier and task efficiency.
