Medicare Communications Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to create both standard and tailored print materials aimed at Group Medicare employer audiences.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish the print material strategy and objectives for each Group Medicare employer.

• Oversee the production and distribution of preformatted and customized publications, focusing mainly on pre-enrollment materials.

• Work alongside internal vendor management, print vendors, and designers.

• Provide consultation to internal partners and external employer groups on operational recommendations and best practices.

• Comprehend departmental, segment, and organizational strategies and operating objectives, as well as their interconnections to related areas.

• Make independent decisions regarding daily work processes with minimal guidance.

• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures set forth by CMS and Humana.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience collaborating with external partners and leading meetings.

• At least 2 years experience in printed communications, proofreading, and/or graphic design.

• Capability to offer guidance both internally and externally, influencing outcomes effectively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in grammar.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet complex deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Prior experience with Humana Group Medicare is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro is preferred.

• A minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information is necessary.
