Marketing and Communications Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement essential marketing campaigns

• Acquire knowledge and oversee email, push, SMS, and app channels to enhance KPIs

• Generate content that supports channel optimization, persona identification, segmentation, and analytics

• Produce relevant, tailored, and personalized content for both consumers and merchants

• Boost engagement with Sezzle and its merchant partners

• Contribute to content marketing and strategy, including comprehensive campaigns, copywriting, automations, merchant curation, and data analytics

• Aid in the creation of assets and CRM builds, ensuring quality assurance, approvals, deployment, stakeholder communication, and analytics reporting

• Suggest future campaign enhancements based on performance reports

• Assist in daily marketing operations

• Help develop marketing communications within Braze

• Oversee compliance and legal approval of marketing assets

• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Support client and sales teams with in-app promotional setup and reporting

• Initiate data extractions and manage campaign analytics

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong attention to detail is essential

• Basic project management capabilities

• Experience in crafting short and engaging copy

• Proficient in utilizing data inputs for segment creation, test design, reporting execution, and insights generation

• Proven experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is required

• Comfortable using AI to improve productivity, research, and communication

• Basic design skills and familiarity with Figma is preferred

• Experience in database marketing is advantageous

• Previous experience with Braze is preferable

• Additional background in email marketing, push notifications, in-app push notifications, MSS, eCommerce, or digital marketing is favored
