Marketing and Communications Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support daily asset production activities, encompassing asset and CRM development, quality assurance, approvals, deployment, stakeholder communication, and analytics reporting.

• Propose methods to enhance future campaigns based on performance analysis.

• Aid in daily operations to ensure marketing initiatives remain current.

• Assist in the creation of marketing communications within Braze.

• Oversee both internal and external compliance and legal approvals for assets.

• Detect project risks and suggest strategies for mitigation.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, reports, and final assets.

• Support client and sales teams in setting up and reporting on in-app promotions.

• Initiate data retrievals and manage campaign analytics.

• Develop relevant, tailored, and personalized content for Sezzle consumers and merchants to enhance revenue and engagement.

• Assist with content marketing and strategy, focusing on campaign enhancements, copywriting, automations, merchant curation, and analytics.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Fundamental project management skills.

• Experience in crafting concise and engaging messages.

• Proficient in utilizing data inputs for segmentation, test design, reporting execution, and insight generation.

• Familiarity with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.

• Comfortable using AI to boost productivity, research, and communication.

• Basic creative design skills and knowledge of Figma are preferred.

• Experience in database marketing is an advantage.

• Previous experience with Braze is preferred.

• Familiarity with email, push notifications, in-app push notifications, SMS, eCommerce, or digital marketing is preferred.
