This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders in the field of hematologic malignancies.
• Generate strategic medical insights that aid in cross-functional decision-making processes.
• Act as the primary scientific resource for healthcare professionals within the designated territory.
• Assist Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access initiatives and programs.
• Contribute to company-sponsored research through engagement with investigators and sites.
• Present scientific, clinical, and disease-state information in a compliant manner.
• Gather and report scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence at various congresses.
• Adapt to the changing needs of the field while fostering trusted scientific partnerships.
• PhD, PharmD, MD, DVM, or an equivalent doctoral degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 or more years as a Medical Science Liaison in hematology or oncology; or a Master’s degree with 6 or more years of relevant experience, including 3 or more years as a Medical Science Liaison.
• Familiarity or experience in the field of hematology.
• Understanding of treatment guidelines, clinical research methodologies, European Union regulations, and compliant pharmaceutical practices.
• Ability to convey complex scientific information and function as a scientific peer.
• Experience within cross-functional matrix organizations, including collaboration with commercial partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strategic conversation, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software applications.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight and occasional weekend trips.
