This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Expand and oversee an external sales territory through regular field activities to generate referrals.

• Actively seek out potential partners and B2B accounts on a daily basis to maintain a steady pipeline of referral leads and opportunities.

• Meet with prospective partners in person, identify key contacts, and effectively manage access past gatekeepers.

• Deliver weekly in-service presentations at medical practices.

• Manage a portfolio of key partners while executing strategies for satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

• Advocate for the company’s mission and objectives.

• Enhance and optimize sales practices, processes, and tools.

• Identify opportunities for revenue-funnel enhancement.

• Drive outbound efforts through face-to-face interactions, phone and video calls, emails, social outreach, and other forms of communication.

• Lead sales calls and demonstrations with targeted accounts.

• Refine the sales cadence and channel-sales methodology.

• Ensure CRM and dashboard data is maintained accurately and hygienically.

• Take ownership of KPIs and report on progress towards sales targets.

• Manage reporting requirements for the partner portfolio.

• Address partner issues and escalations by collaborating with member support, operations, analytics, product, and marketing teams.

• Work with internal experts to verify that partner information is precise and consistent.

• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, health care, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience managing a sales territory.

• Willingness to travel daily within your local territory to meet potential partners in person.

• Overnight travel is necessary due to the size of the territory.

• Experience selling to healthcare provider offices is preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

• A robust desire to build and expand your own territory.

• A proven history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.

• Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new markets.

• Ability to provide concrete examples of establishing successful relationships through outbound initiatives.

• Capability to deliver results and operate effectively with minimal daily supervision.

• Experience utilizing data to inform daily and weekly field activities.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM is required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside within 100 miles of Des Moines, Iowa.
