This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire the necessary licenses and/or privileges for LifeMD providers.
• Maintain licensing matrices for all LifeMD providers across various markets and states.
• Perform external research to verify LifeMD licensure, malpractice insurance, educational degrees, diplomas, and certifications.
• Meet the expectations set by LifeMD for licensing submissions.
• Generate Primary Source Verification (PSV) reports for providers.
• Assist in the creation of multi-state Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPA).
• Update and maintain the CAQH Provider System with current licensing information.
• Regularly communicate with state boards regarding licensing issues on behalf of providers.
• Collaborate with various LifeMD departments to support provider onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Create, maintain, and update licensing information while assisting providers with related questions.
• Execute complex and confidential administrative tasks, including drafting written correspondence, memos, and departmental documents.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information, ensuring the protection of provider and LifeMD practice data.
• Work independently and as part of a team on special, ongoing, and nonrecurring projects as assigned by the Director of Payor Enrollment, Licensing & Credentialing.
• Update Excel spreadsheets or other systems and distribute relevant information.
• Arrive at scheduled work on time and prepared to begin tasks.
• Carry out other related duties as necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent multi-state experience in medical licensing application processing functions.
• Proficient in multi-state medical licensing and fingerprinting processes.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-state Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPA).
• Credentialing Certification, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), Certified Medical Services Management (CPMSM), or Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES).
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret and act upon complex data.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in adapting to new credentialing software.
• Demonstrated written, verbal, and conceptual presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving growth environment.
