Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance Specialist – Nordics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver essential medical information contact center services.

• Offer prompt, precise, and well-rounded responses to unsolicited inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients utilizing Biomapas or the clients’ Medical Information System.

• Evaluate and interpret scientific data to create or revise comprehensive, balanced, credible, and accurate response documents in accordance with relevant laws and procedures.

• Share customer insights and scientific knowledge with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Guarantee compliant execution of all Medical Information (MI) and Pharmacovigilance (PV) operational tasks, maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Participate in the timely management and reporting of safety information and product quality complaints.

• Conduct local operations while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

• Review local literature and act as the local safety officer, serving as the primary contact for safety issues with authorities and clients as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a Life Science field (preferably a master's), such as Medicine, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or Nursing.

• 1-2 years of experience in medical information and/or pharmacovigilance.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Danish.

• Knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian languages is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

• Competent use of relevant IT systems and applications.

• Extensive, demonstrated experience in various aspects of best practices in medical information, pharmacovigilance, and related legislation.

• Thorough understanding of local and international regulations (e.g., ICH, EU GVP Modules).

• Analytical abilities to comprehend, analyze, interpret, and present scientific data.
