Medical Imaging Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Service XP/AX Imaging Equipment in the Fargo, North Dakota region

• Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens’ imaging equipment at client locations

• Provide prompt and effective repairs

• Train operators to guarantee optimal system performance and enhance customer satisfaction

• Oversee territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense management, and inventory oversight

• Manage company resources, including a company vehicle, mobile phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts

• Build and sustain business relationships with clients and colleagues

• Accurately perform necessary administrative tasks

• Participate in an on-call rotation following training and certification

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience

• 1-2+ years of field service experience is preferred

• Knowledge and experience in servicing, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at client sites with minimal supervision

• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment

• Proficient in utilizing tools and service test equipment

• Strong customer service and communication abilities

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel and provide service in the designated area

• Willingness to take part in an on-call rotation following training and certification

• A valid driver's license in the state of residence

• Ability to drive independently both day and night, with a clean driving record

• Ability to comply with Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identification, background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training

• Capability to lift 50 lbs and perform the specified physical activities

• Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control laws
