Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled service visits across the Tirol and Vorarlberg regions as directed by Dispatch.

• Identify and troubleshoot faults and malfunctions.

• Install, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps.

• Record service activities in the company’s IT system.

• Participate in on-call service after business hours, limited to one week per month.

• Offer on-site customer assistance and technical guidance.

• Ensure the safe and effective operation of heating systems throughout the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical profession.

• Proficient in both spoken and written German.

• Basic IT skills are required.

• Strong technical aptitude coupled with a high level of customer orientation.
