Field Service Technician – Installation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to customers in the field.

• Perform maintenance and repair services at customer locations.

• Provide solutions that extend beyond mere repairs and maintenance.

• Educate staff on effective equipment usage.

• Train customers on how to use the equipment.

• Engage in frequent travel to customer sites, usually on a daily basis.

• Contribute to advancing dentistry for Benco Dental customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in computer systems, including familiarity with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Mechanical or technical experience and/or education.

• Background in electrical, customer service, military, or software/hardware sectors.

• Familiarity with pneumatics.

• Experience with HVAC systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Required).

• Technical training in biomedical or electronics fields (Preferred).

• Capability to routinely walk, bend, kneel, squat, sit, stand, reach, and twist.

• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights from 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally from 56 to 100 pounds.

• Regularly engage in pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity using hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Frequent daily travel to customer locations.

• Occasional use of power tools.
