This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Service various modalities, including Angio, X-ray, MR, CT, and NucMed imaging equipment within the Yuma, Arizona region.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at client locations with minimal oversight.
• Provide prompt and efficient repair services.
• Train operators to guarantee optimal system functionality and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee territory financial performance, encompassing revenue generation, expense management, and inventory oversight.
• Manage company resources, including a company vehicle, mobile phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Build and sustain business relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Accurately execute administrative responsibilities.
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a technical Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Knowledge and experience in servicing, performing preventative maintenance, and modifying medical imaging equipment at client sites with minimal supervision.
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools and service testing equipment.
• General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.
• Proficiency in network applications and tools, including eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, and the NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as within an established team environment.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Capability to drive independently during both day and night with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks such as walking, climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reaching, and fine-grasping.
• Good vision and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent judgment in customer relations and managing company resources.
• Proficiency in instrument systems technology, including mechanics, electrical systems, chemistry, and software technology.
• Experience with electronic systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identification verification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Must be able to handle controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
