This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide service for various modalities, including Angio, X-ray, MR, CT, and NucMed imaging equipment in the Yuma, Arizona region.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer locations with minimal oversight.
• Ensure prompt and effective repair solutions.
• Educate operators to guarantee optimal system functionality and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee territory financial performance, focusing on revenue generation, expense management, and inventory oversight.
• Manage company resources, including a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, tools, and inventory components.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Accurately execute necessary administrative tasks.
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a technical Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer working with diagnostic instruments.
• Knowledge and experience in servicing, performing preventative maintenance, and modifying medical imaging equipment at client sites.
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with tools and service testing equipment.
• Basic understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding principles.
• Proficient in network applications and tools, which include eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, and the NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residency.
• Capability to drive independently during day and night, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that involve walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reaching, and fine-grasping.
• Good vision and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent judgment in managing customer relations and company resources.
• Competence in instrument systems technology, encompassing mechanics, electrical systems, chemistry, and software technology.
• Familiarity with electronics, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identity verification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Must be capable of working with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
