This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Schedule appointments for patients and maintain communication to confirm upcoming visits.
• Record medical information and intake forms for patients.
• Ensure that all relevant reports, lab results, and information are completed and accessible in patient charts prior to appointments.
• Conduct data entry to update patient records and keep patient charts organized.
• Address and respond to patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Measure and document vital signs.
• Communicate with customer service representatives regarding patient inquiries.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned or requested.
• Report directly to a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Valid CMA/RMA certification.
• Over 2 years of experience working as a CMA/RMA.
• Flexibility to maintain open availability in your schedule.
• Professional experience with EMRs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities.
• High degree of professionalism and empathy.
• Commitment to upholding the company’s standards, policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to interact with patients courteously and prioritize best practices for patient-centered care.
• Willingness to take initiative and ownership in fulfilling new and varied requests, while seeking opportunities to enhance the role's value.
