Medicaid Pharmacy Fellowship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage in the Aetna Managed Medicaid Fellowship that emphasizes the health plan aspect of pharmacy benefits management.

• Collaborate on utilization management initiatives across Medicaid Pharmacy shared services teams as well as individual health plans.

• Assist in shared service functions related to the clinical and operational management of pharmacy benefit services.

• Contribute to the enhancement of medication utilization and the achievement of high-quality health outcomes.

• Acquire experience through projects aimed at developing future leaders within Aetna/CVS Health.

⛳️ Requirements

• PharmD degree from a U.S. accredited program prior to commencing the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.

• Obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of the hire date.

• Familiarity with drug information resources.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient writing abilities.

• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Willingness to travel for training programs and professional meetings and conferences.

• Demonstrated growth mindset with a readiness to learn and accept constructive feedback.

• Established history of high performance.
