Media Coordinator – Local Hero

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with Local Hero media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, The Trade Desk, Waze, Google Ads, TikTok, and others as necessary.

• Generate program reports and pinpoint opportunities for media optimization.

• Support the reporting of media expenditures, ad placements, and pacing.

• Source and verify campaign media configurations and data.

• Create media performance reports for campaigns, advertisements, or targeting efforts.

• Collaborate with other media professionals across BHI to establish and disseminate best practices.

• Provide consultation on the effectiveness and testing of ads with Local Hero national accounts.

• Recommend enhancements to the media buying process and offer guidance on the development of media automation systems.

• Conduct quality assurance on campaign configurations, variables, and uploads.

• Partner with organizations to ensure timely delivery of data and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Preferred previous internship, academic project, or professional experience in marketing or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in digital media buying or reporting programmatic media through an internship or professional setting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and/or Snapchat.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS, as well as PowerPoint.

• Experience in local digital campaign development.

• Proficient in advanced data analysis.

• Skills or experience in Database Administration (DBA).

• Understanding of media planning, buying, optimization, and tracking processes.

• Strong attention to detail for identifying errors in campaign setups.

• Must reside in Colorado, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, or Utah.

• Relocation assistance is not available.
