This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of content strategy, social media calendar, and implementation for Wilkinson and Thriving Families.

• Guide in-house graphic designers and video editors by providing clear briefs and visual direction.

• Ensure quality control standards are met prior to content publication.

• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to develop content aimed at mature, high-net-worth audiences.

• Oversee paid social campaigns focused on brand awareness, book giveaways, and workshop registrations.

• Configure, test, and optimize advertising settings on Meta/social platforms.

• Leverage AI tools, custom prompts, and retargeting strategies to sustain cost-effective content workflows.

• Identify and engage influencers, partner brands, and communities through digital channels.

• Manage community health, including comments and direct messages.

• Craft refined copy targeted at audiences aged 40–70.

• Utilize AI workflows, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney, for research, drafting, scheduling, and repurposing content.

• Administer compliance approvals for investment-related content.

• Contribute to brand visibility, workshop registrations, and the future investor pipeline.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in managing social media strategy, content creation, and growth for a brand, creator, or agency.

• Capability to merge content strategy with practical execution.

• Exceptional written and spoken English, demonstrating strong business maturity, a clear tone, and minimal accent.

• Profound understanding of communication with mature, high-net-worth audiences aged 40–70.

• Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of Meta’s business tools, LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid media configurations.

• Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring graphical, factual, and contextual precision.

• Prompt, consistent communication through Slack, email, and calendar RSVPs.

• Preferred prior experience in real estate, private equity, finance, publishing, or coaching.

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite is preferred.

• Proven success in utilizing paid social for workshops, book funnels, or community building is preferred.

• Strong background in developing digital PR/influencer relationships through outreach is preferred.

• Willingness to operate in US time zones (EST, MST, CST, or PST).

• Comfortable working as an independent contractor.
