Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop long-form thought leadership content.

• Write and help distribute lead generation email campaigns.

• Create content for collateral materials, PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, outbound emails, web content, and various marketing and sales materials.

• Produce blogs and white papers addressing cybersecurity trends and topics in partnership with internal subject matter experts.

• Write and submit entries for awards.

• Create communications regarding security vulnerabilities and other customer-related messages.

• Monitor content performance and leverage data to enhance future strategies.

• Provide general support for marketing execution.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop content deliverables that promote growth, customer awareness, and sales efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.

• Excellent content writing skills, ideally in cybersecurity, along with a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

• Strong commitment to quality control and proofreading abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent typing skills.

• Experience with social media platforms.

• Must be energetic, creative, focused, and driven.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional client service to both internal and external customers.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective team-building capabilities.

• Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization while embodying Fenix24's culture and values.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint is a significant advantage.

• Experience with WordPress is a plus.

• Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
