This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.
β’ Oversee the marketing strategy for digital product launches at Grace Corner, including online courses, Bible studies, virtual events, streaming experiences, and other digital offerings.
β’ Create integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, web, social media, paid media, and other digital platforms.
β’ Collaborate with Christian authors to conceptualize, pitch, and launch new digital products and experiences.
β’ Work alongside Penguin Random House Christian Publishing and internal cross-functional teams to manage launches from conception to market introduction.
β’ Produce newsletters, landing pages, promotional emails, product descriptions, launch messaging, scripts, and other materials aimed at customers.
β’ Maintain consistent brand messaging and customer experiences across all marketing channels and digital touchpoints.
β’ Evaluate campaign performance and propose strategies to enhance engagement, customer acquisition, and overall launch success.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
β’ Proven track record in planning and executing digital product launches, including online courses, virtual events, educational programs, memberships, or other direct-to-consumer digital experiences.
β’ Experience in creating marketing content across various digital channels, such as email, web, landing pages, and social media.
β’ Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in the digital marketing realm.
β’ Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
β’ Strong knowledge of product marketing, customer journeys, and content strategy.
β’ Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Zoom, Box, or similar platforms.
β’ Experience utilizing AI tools for marketing strategy, content development, and productivity enhancement.
β’ Familiarity with Christian publishing, Christian ministry, faith-based organizations, or theological education is highly preferred.
β’ Theoretical knowledge typically attained through a relevant four-year college education, such as a Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
