Media Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of offline media campaigns.

• Support media planning efforts by collecting necessary information.

• Issue requests for materials, Publication Authorizations (APs), and Insertion Orders (PIs).

• Organize and maintain files, including APs, PIs, PITs, research documents, media outlet tables, surveys, and outlet information.

• Assist in compiling media campaign reports under the supervision of management.

• Distribute campaign materials to media outlets and oversee their execution.

• Monitor the progression of media briefs within the media system.

• Generate campaign verification reports as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Preferred: Prior experience at agencies, media outlets, or in marketing roles.

• Preferred: Knowledge of the Publi system.

• Preferred: Proficiency in English.
