Mechanical Services Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare precise estimates and cost summaries to assist in acquiring new contracts and projects.

• Support the Design Director and Design Engineers in their initiatives.

• Assess project costs for accurate budgeting.

• Generate quotations using Simpro ERP software.

• Evaluate project risks and document exclusions/notes for quotations.

• Enter information into the CRM after the quoting process.

• Participate in client meetings occasionally via Teams/Zoom.

• Aid in the transition of projects to the Operations Team.

• Provide comprehensive support to the Design Director.

• Collaborate effectively with the design and sales teams.

• Oversee Simpro during the initial phases of projects, including invoicing for design work, managing deposits, and setting up variations.

• Conduct basic analyses of contracts and collateral warranties.

• Adhere to the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and relevant information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities.

• Strong numerical and analytical competencies.

• Basic understanding of contract law, with the capability to conduct a preliminary review of legal contracts/documents.

• Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to work accurately and communicate clearly.
