HVAC Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough take-offs and cost estimations for mechanical and HVAC services.

• Utilize Plandroid to develop precise HVAC layouts and air conditioning designs.

• Create and submit detailed tenders for commercial projects, factoring in ducting, units, labor, and ancillary services.

• Oversee progress claims, variations, and final accounts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Leverage knowledge of NZ/AU building standards and mechanical codes to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of specialized experience as an HVAC/Mechanical Estimator.

• Expertise in using Plandroid.

• Previous experience on projects in New Zealand is highly desirable.

• Strong experience with commercial HVAC systems (office fit-outs, industrial projects, or large-scale retail) rather than conventional residential systems.

• Exceptional English communication skills; capable of clearly articulating technical HVAC information to stakeholders.

• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC components, ducting design, and thermal specifications.
