Mechanical Quality Specialist – Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures along with inspection checklists.

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction activities, materials, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

• Assist in the review of submittals and RFIs to ensure quality adherence.

• Execute daily site inspections and document the findings meticulously.

• Oversee material testing and commissioning activities.

• Inspect incoming materials to verify compliance with approved submittals.

• Maintain inspection and testing records using platforms like Procore.

• Create daily logs and comprehensive inspection reports.

• Report any non-conformance issues and support the implementation of corrective measures.

• Liaise with site teams to address and resolve quality-related concerns.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols during all inspection activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within construction projects.

• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, codes, and standards.

• Proficient in inspection and documentation software such as Procore.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ACI, OSHA 10-hour) are preferred.

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
