Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Operate autonomously in a traveling field position assisting The Home Depot’s Field Services Organization.

• Conduct in-home measurement appointments and manage daily routes for assigned appointments.

• Establish, nurture, and enhance customer relationships.

• Provide support for sales, address product inquiries, conduct in-home measurements, and coordinate installations.

• Deliver precise measurements, calculations, quote evaluations, and presentations.

• Articulate the features and benefits of merchandise while outlining project completion steps.

• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing knowledge of products and services.

• Recognize opportunities to engage customers in additional service programs.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and established work schedules.

• Collaborate effectively with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• High school diploma and/or GED is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Previous leadership experience is not mandatory.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8–20 pounds.

• Travel between locations is necessary.
