Maximo Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete lifecycle of the Maximo application, including its construction, configuration, and customization.

• Design, develop, and sustain Maximo integrations utilizing MIF, Integration Framework, web services, and APIs with both third-party and enterprise systems.

• Conduct database configuration activities, encompassing object structures, relationships, attributes, and domains.

• Set up and support Work Management processes, such as work orders, preventive maintenance (PMs), and job plans.

• Establish and assist with Supply Chain functionalities, including inventory management, purchasing, storerooms, and items.

• Create and modify workflows, escalations, and automation scripts.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, configurations, and integrations.

• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of practical experience as a Maximo Developer or Consultant.

• Proven experience in Maximo application development, configuration, and integration projects.

• In-depth knowledge of Maximo application architecture and its core modules.

• Practical experience with Maximo Work Management.

• Familiarity with Maximo database configuration, including objects, attributes, relationships, and domains.

• Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and/or integrations with external systems.

• Understanding of Maximo Supply Chain, including inventory management, purchasing, and storerooms.

• Good grasp of SQL and relational databases, such as Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Knowledge of Automation Scripts, Workflows, and BIRT/Report development is advantageous.
