Material Program Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Coordinate, expedite, and document updated supplier delivery schedules in PRISM in collaboration with the Acquisition team.

• Assist in implementing proposal initiatives and training to become a Material Program Manager.

• Acquire released Technical Data Packages (TDP).

• Report on the overall status of Supply Chain Management and the execution of the program's SCM strategy.

• Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and critical path analysis for materials discrepancies related to end-item deliveries.

• Support Supply Chain proposal initiatives.

• Maintain lead times for Material Acquisition within PRISM.

• Ensure timely placement of purchase orders.

• Aid in reviewing RFQs/RFPs submitted to suppliers.

• Manage the disposal of property, closeout of excess factory material, and inventory material.

• Support SCM performance metrics.

• Assist with activities related to the line of business.

• Oversee return-to-vendor (RTV) processes.

• Assist in managing diminishing manufacturing source, obsolescence, and lifetime-buy initiatives.

• Support the execution of purchase orders and subcontracts using Raytheon enterprise systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Supply Chain or a closely related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with SAP/PRISM and the Supply Chain suite of tools is essential.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• An active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is required from day one.

• Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% is expected.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• Previous experience in Procurement/Subcontracts is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project is preferred.

• Knowledge of Raytheon systems, processes, and procedures is advantageous.

• Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist certification is preferred.
