This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Operate and assist in Social Media, Content, and Influencer Marketing platforms while ensuring the execution of operational routines, maintaining environmental stability, and adhering to established processes.
• Configure and tailor platforms, manage user profiles and permissions, and encourage platform adoption among partner teams.
• Conduct assessments of platform health, stability, and performance, identifying risks, incidents, and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the N1 support demand and incident workflow by organizing the backlog, managing cards and sprints, and tracking deadlines, deliverables, blockers, and dependencies.
• Prevent, analyze, and resolve issues in collaboration with vendors and partner teams.
• Assist in the operational management of contracts and vendors, including handling requests, approvals, payments, and financial controls.
• Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service levels, identifying deviations and opportunities for enhancement.
• Plan and execute communications regarding platform releases, changes, incidents, and enhancements.
• Create, update, and maintain operational documentation, including FAQs, playbooks, procedures, and training materials.
• Support testing, implementations, and initiatives for improvement and governance, ensuring tracking of deliverables.
• Manage reports that analyze and classify comments, feedback, sentiment, and posts, while monitoring platform performance and key metrics.
• Contribute to the standardization of operations, drive efficiency, and promote continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media management, publishing, and monitoring tools such as Sprinklr, Scup, mLabs, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of data platforms for Influencer Marketing, including Tagger, Creator Ads, BR Media, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and demand management tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Clear and concise communication skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with various teams.
