This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage the entire content program and editorial calendar from start to finish.
• Convert marketing priorities into content development, scheduling, and delivery across various platforms including website, editorial, product marketing, and campaigns.
• Independently lead initiatives from briefing to publication, addressing delivery challenges and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee organic content distribution and social strategies to enhance content reach and longevity.
• Launch product marketing initiatives through product rollouts, sales enablement, product content, competitive materials, and go-to-market assets.
• Collaborate with Revenue Marketing on campaign content, messaging, and activation resources.
• Transform company research, original data, and executive insights into thought leadership and derivative content.
• Develop case studies, testimonials, customer narratives, and advocacy content in partnership with customer-facing teams.
• Integrate SEO, AI visibility, content gaps, and refresh opportunities into content strategy.
• Evaluate content, distribution, organic search, and AI visibility performance to suggest enhancements, expansions, repurposing, or discontinuation.
• Coordinate AI agents, automated workflows, and AI-driven systems for repetitive marketing tasks.
• Collaborate with Revenue Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams.
• Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
• Over 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in content and integrated marketing programs.
• Proven experience managing initiatives independently from prioritization or briefing through planning, execution, distribution, and evaluation.
• Experience overseeing content programs or editorial calendars in a B2B context.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and editorial judgment skills.
• Practical knowledge of organic social media and content distribution, including the ability to repurpose source material across various formats and channels.
• Familiarity with product marketing initiatives such as product launches, sales enablement, or product-led content strategies.
• Working knowledge of SEO and AI search visibility principles.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing agents, automations, or AI-enabled workflows to significantly enhance marketing execution.
• Experience coordinating with designers, writers, agencies, freelancers, and other collaborators.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfort with using data to inform decisions on improvements, scaling, or discontinuation.
• Availability for remote work with a minimum of four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.
• Preferred: experience in customer storytelling, executive thought leadership, original research, or PR-related content.
• Preferred: familiarity with tools such as Storyblok, HubSpot, Asana, GA4, Figma, or Canva, as well as SEO or AI visibility platforms.
• Preferred: background in workforce analytics, time tracking, HR technology, or productivity software.
