Marketplace Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the operational health, listing accuracy, and catalog completeness across the Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace.

• Oversee product onboarding, updates, and deprecations, encompassing pricing, SKUs, license entitlements, descriptions, and media assets.

• Manage the complete AWS and Azure enterprise B2B Private Offer workflows.

• Collaborate with AWS and Azure partner teams regarding listing certifications, SaaS metering integrations, and marketplace co-sell requirements.

• Maintain a centralized Jira tracker for digital commerce initiatives, integrations, and enhancements in processes.

• Lead sprint planning, asynchronous standups, delivery schedules, RAID logs, decision records, and updates for stakeholders.

• Organize UAT, consolidate findings, and take charge of release sign-offs.

• Recognize repetitive workflows and spearhead automation using AI-first tools like Claude Enterprise.

• Elicit, document, and verify functional requirements for digital commerce endeavors.

• Create BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams.

• Map data flows across the Webstore, NetSuite ERP, and AWS/Azure Metering APIs.

• Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AWS/Azure Marketplace technical operations.

• Provide weekly and monthly status reports to Business Applications leadership, Finance, and Sales teams.

• Develop and maintain dashboards that track marketplace GMV, private offer turnaround times, fulfillment SLAs, and entitlement activation rates.

• Collaborate with Finance on order reconciliation, entitlement provisioning, and data requirements for period closing.

• Work closely with Sales on marketplace deal analytics and fulfillment visibility.

• Document and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for listing updates, promotional setups, refund processing, and license provisioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a business analysis, systems analysis, or operations role related to B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or digital sales channels.

• Practical experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace management, including listing administration, B2B private offers, SaaS contracts, or metering APIs.

• Proficient in using Jira for agile sprint and task tracking, and Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs.

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data warehousing tools such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

• Ability to independently build and maintain operational dashboards.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Capability to independently author BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder updates within deadlines.

• Comfortable working in a fully remote, async-first environment across global time zones.

• Familiarity with enterprise subscription billing platforms, payment gateways like Stripe, or B2B webstore systems.

• Exposure to ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite from an order management or reporting viewpoint.

• Experience in coordinating QA or UAT processes.

• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, prompt engineering, or no-code integrations for workflow automation.

• General understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or categories of containerized software products.
