This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the LinkedIn editorial calendar and manage the scheduling of posts for the company profile.
• Engage with comments and evaluate the performance of various topics.
• Transform briefs into full articles, publish them on Framer, and ensure the website is up-to-date.
• Assist in the development of customer case studies.
• Create content for newsletters and LinkedIn communications.
• Design webinar landing pages and configure WebinarGeek.
• Distribute invitations and reminders, while also managing the chat during webinars.
• Compile attendee lists for Sales to follow up on the same day.
• Streamline recurring processes using Zapier and HubSpot workflows.
• Maintain data integrity and facilitate smooth transitions within workflows.
• Develop graphics, webinar materials, one-pagers, slides, and website components using templates.
• Utilize tools such as Canva, Figma, and Claude Design.
• Collaborate closely with Karen, the Marketing Lead, and engage in various marketing projects as required.
• Currently pursuing a degree with at least two semesters remaining.
• Native-level proficiency in German (C2) and fluent in English.
• Some experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
• A strong command of language and effective messaging targeted at sustainability managers.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with a broad perspective.
• Proactive approach and a “done is better than perfect” mindset.
• Availability of 15–20 hours per week.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and strategies for enhancing content visibility in AI search systems (a plus, but not essential).
• Enjoy automating repetitive tasks, such as using Zapier or Claude (a plus, but not essential).
• Interest in climate and sustainability topics (a plus, but not essential).
• Experience with marketing technology tools like HubSpot, Framer, WebinarGeek, LinkedIn, Notion, ClickUp, Canva, Figma, Slack, Claude, and Zapier (a plus, but not essential).
• Must be based in Berlin.
• Contribute to a product that has a genuine impact, utilized by companies whose emissions significantly affect the environment.
• Enjoy fully remote work: operate from anywhere as long as you are registered as residing in Germany.
