This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage and oversee NorthStar’s marketing technology stack, which includes HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and associated integrations.
• Ensure that data across marketing and outreach platforms is clean, consistent, and compliant.
• Administer and refresh target account and contact lists, including segmentation for campaigns and outreach workflows.
• Supervise website lead integrations and track data flow between systems.
• Assist in executing email and outreach campaigns in HubSpot and ZoomInfo, covering segmentation, setup, testing, and deployment.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams on audience targeting and campaign alignment.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, producing actionable reports and recommendations.
• Maintain dashboards that track campaign KPIs, engagement metrics, and lead quality.
• Conduct ad hoc data pulls, analysis, and reporting to support outreach and business development strategies.
• Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing workflows, automation, and overall efficiency.
• Assist with content marketing and recruitment marketing initiatives as interest or expertise develops.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies, tools, and data-driven outreach trends.
• Advocate for NorthStar Anesthesia’s Core Values.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or marketing operations.
• 2-3 years of that experience should be in a marketing or digital agency setting.
• Exposure to the healthcare industry or experience with Definitive Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
• Required hands-on experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in database management, segmentation, and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication capabilities.
• Experience in the healthcare sector and familiarity with the Definitive Healthcare platform is desirable, but not essential.
• Must have reliable internet access and the ability to perform effectively in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrates consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance.
