Marketing Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess and validate the proposed migration strategy, scope, effort estimates, and delivery plan for transitioning from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.

• Create a comprehensive migration roadmap that encompasses data, audience lists, campaign logic, workflows, configurations, integrations, and testing procedures.

• Provide guidance to the client’s technical team throughout the entire migration process and offer expert advice during implementation.

• Translate Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation logic, and messaging programs into Braze.

• Identify technical dependencies, migration risks, data challenges, and existing gaps.

• Review the migrated data, configurations, campaigns, and workflows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Braze for customer engagement or lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in completing migrations from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation, data structures, and campaign logic.

• Strong knowledge of Braze architecture, data models, audience management, campaign orchestration, and integrations.

• Capability to independently lead a migration and provide direction to both technical and client stakeholders.

• Braze certifications are highly preferred.

• Must be available during US Central time business hours.
