Marketing Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist the IMS marketing team in executing initiatives across diverse channels

• Interact with customers and partners

• Assess results to guide future initiatives

• Oversee the IMS segment of marketing automation platforms and their integration with the wider technology ecosystem

• Create campaign components and handle external communications, such as event registration pages, invitations, reminders, thank-you emails, webinar communications, gated content, customer newsletters, and internal communications

• Perform quality assurance on campaign components, conduct peer evaluations, secure stakeholder approval, and publish/deploy finalized elements

• Manage relationships with marketing platform vendors

• Oversee project management for tasks transferred to agency partners

• Clean and import contact lists from content syndication, events, and other external sources

• Deliver monthly reports that encompass webinar results, email metrics, and asset views/downloads

• Oversee lead routing

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience

• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and their integrations

• Experience in producing campaign elements and managing external communications

• Background in managing agency relationships and project-managing tasks delegated to agency partners

• Competence in scrubbing and importing contact lists from external sources

• Experience in presenting marketing performance reports

• Skills in managing lead routing
