This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Create and sustain a marketing technology roadmap that aligns with marketing, business development, communications, and client engagement objectives.
• Assess marketing technology requirements and propose solutions that enhance efficiency, data integrity, user engagement, and reporting capabilities.
• Convert business requirements into technology priorities, specifications, and execution plans.
• Keep abreast of advancements in legal marketing technology and suggest opportunities for modernization.
• Act as the primary business owner for CRM, email marketing, website and content management, experience management, analytics, and associated platforms.
• Supervise platform administration, configuration, data integrity, user access, issue resolution, enhancements, integrations, and vendor relations.
• Direct system upgrades, testing, launches, and adoption strategies alongside IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Spearhead CRM strategy, user adoption, data governance, reporting, and process enhancement.
• Design dashboards, reports, and data tools to assess campaigns, engagement metrics, experience data, contact quality, and business development efforts.
• Enhance data collection and accuracy across systems.
• Utilize data and platform insights to refine targeting, segmentation, follow-up, measurement, and marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing technology projects from gathering requirements to implementation, training, rollout, documentation, and optimization.
• Suggest enhancements to project management and workflow tools, including intake, prioritization, visibility, and accountability.
• Assist with integrations, data flows, access controls, and governance alongside administrative teams.
• Develop and sustain process documentation, training materials, system guides, and adoption strategies.
• Manage marketing technology resources and oversee vendor relationships, service levels, budgets, renewals, timelines, and issue escalation.
• Offer guidance, coaching, and daily direction to members of the marketing technology support team.
• Foster a service-oriented, solutions-focused mentality within the Marketing & Business Development team.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 6 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, digital marketing, or similar roles.
• Senior-level applicants should possess extensive platform ownership and/or leadership experience.
• Proficient knowledge of CRM, email marketing, website/content management, experience management, analytics, project management, and relevant marketing technology platforms.
• Proven experience in enhancing CRM adoption, data quality, reporting, segmentation, mailing lists, and marketing workflows.
• Capability to translate business needs into technology specifications, practical workflows, and concise implementation plans.
• Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and change management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including attorneys, marketing colleagues, IT, finance, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, training, documentation, and presentation abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion in managing confidential information.
