This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
• Develop and sustain a marketing technology roadmap that aligns with the priorities of marketing, business development, communications, and client engagement.
• Assess marketing technology requirements and propose solutions that enhance efficiency, data quality, user adoption, and reporting.
• Convert business needs into technology priorities, requirements, and actionable implementation plans.
• Keep abreast of legal marketing technology advancements and suggest modernization opportunities.
• Act as the primary business owner for CRM, email marketing, website/content management, experience management, analytics, and associated platforms.
• Oversee platform administration, configuration, data integrity, user access, issue resolution, enhancements, integrations, and vendor management.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, launches, and adoption strategies in collaboration with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the CRM strategy, adoption, data governance, reporting, and process enhancement initiatives.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data tools for campaigns, engagement, experience metrics, contact quality, and business development activities.
• Enhance data capture and integrity across all systems.
• Leverage platform insights to refine targeting, segmentation, follow-up, measurement, and marketing efficacy.
• Direct marketing technology projects from requirement gathering to implementation, training, rollout, documentation, and optimization.
• Enhance project management and workflow tool intake, prioritization, visibility, and accountability.
• Facilitate integrations, data flows, access controls, and governance.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, system guides, and adoption strategies.
• Manage vendors, service levels, budgets, renewals, implementation schedules, and issue escalation processes.
• Offer guidance, coaching, and daily direction to members of the marketing technology support team.
• Foster a service-oriented, solutions-driven technology support culture.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, digital marketing, or similar roles.
• Relevant coursework or certifications in marketing, technology, business, data, or communications is advantageous.
• Proficient understanding of CRM, email marketing, website/content management, experience management, analytics, project management, and related marketing technology platforms.
• Proven experience in enhancing CRM adoption, data quality, reporting, segmentation, mailing lists, and marketing workflows.
• Capability to translate business needs into technology specifications, practical workflows, and clear implementation strategies.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and change management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including attorneys, marketing colleagues, IT, finance, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, training, documentation, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion in managing confidential information.
