Marketing Specialist, Reels Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement marketing initiatives across various digital channels.

• Oversee tasks and processes utilizing project management tools like ClickUp or Notion.

• Convert insights into actionable strategies with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently enhance conversion rates, engagement, and sales figures.

• Direct creative strategy, manage content calendars, and plan assets in collaboration with internal teams.

• Partner with performance marketing teams on platforms including Snapchat, Meta, Google, and others.

• Ensure all campaigns are prepared for e-commerce platforms (Zid & Salla), covering inventory, pricing, user experience, and discount codes.

• Produce, edit, and refine impactful short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) using CapCut and other contemporary editing tools.

• Develop high-quality marketing content utilizing AI platforms like Higgsfield, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, and other innovative creative resources.

• Keep abreast of social media trends and utilize AI and creative tools to create engaging, conversion-driven content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing and marketing analytics.

• Proficient with GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and project management tools like ClickUp or Notion.

• Strong video editing capabilities with tools such as CapCut or equivalent.

• Practical experience in AI-driven content creation and creative processes.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
